Job Title: Temporary Membership Recruitment Associate
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Raffles City
6 Days week - require work on PH and Weekend
(Retail hours rotational earliest 10am – Latest 10pm daily)
Salary: Up to $15/hr
Key Responsibilities:
1. Membership Recruitment: Actively engage with individuals attending Membership Recruitment Roadshows, providing information about the benefits of membership.
2. Member Outreach: Initiate conversations and interact with potential members to understand their needs and aspirations. Tailor our offerings to align with their interests.
3. Networking: Build strong relationships with event attendees and potential members to foster a sense of belonging and community
4. Membership Sign-Up: Assist interested individuals in the membership sign-up process, ensuring a seamless experience.
5. Promotion of Benefits: Effectively communicate the advantages and perks of membership, including mentorship opportunities, workshops, and exclusive events.
6. Data Collection: Accurately record membership sign-ups and gather feedback from potential members to help improve our recruitment strategies.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure the overall success of Membership Recruitment Roadshows.
Requirements:
- Min O/N//A Level
- Prior work experience is advantageous
- Able to start work immediately.
