A summary of the responsibilities of this position
- Responsible for preparing progress payment claims, variation orders, project budgets & cost control and settlement of final account.
- Responsible for pre- & post-contracts administration and control.
- Conduct survey works during project tender stage.
- Produce pre-tender estimation, preparation of tender documents and maintenance of project documents.
- Source for suppliers and request for quotations.
- Conduct tender exercise such as selection of bidders, tender documentation, evaluation of tender submission and award of contract to successful bidder.
- Preparation of Shop drawings / Fabrication drawings and submission drawings
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of Quantity Surveying experience.
- Familiar with relevant drawings, specifications and details.
- Experience in Structural Steel project is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of AutoCad and Microsoft Office
