Working Location: Tampines/ Senja/ Pearl Hill Care Home
This role manages the daily ward administration activities by providing administrative support to the Nursing Team of the Care Home, thereby ensuring smooth delivery of the resident-related services in accordance to the stipulated service level standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Duties
Record the following information to ensure accuracy in a timely manner:
- Medical Certification
- Hospitalisation
- Overseas Leave
- Tabulate and submit monthly overtime claims for nurses
- Monitoring and arranging trainings for nursing staff , as required
- Movement of staff from apartment to dormitory and vice versa
- Manage the Escort Services
- inform staff of any deliveries or letters for them
Handling of Documentation
- Uploading of residents' documents and keying of records into the IT Portal, such as NHelp or any other system assigned
- Filling of Staff-related documents and audited documents, for licensing audit purpose.
Nursing Dashboard
- Track and report of data related to nursing sensitive indicators ( e.g. Falls, Medication Errors, Pressure Injuries etc)
- Analyze and prepare slides for monthly presentation
Procurement
- Manage & ensure adequate supplies of consumables (surgical , stationaries and linen) accordingly to par levels and utilization charging compliance.
- Manage purchase requisition requests and handling invoices for payments.
Assist the Senior Nurse Manager in the preparation & readiness for the two (2) yearly licensing processing
Performs any duties as assigned by the Senior Nurse Manager/Assistant Director/Director of Nursing.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a ‘O’ Level/ Diploma in any discipline
- At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in clinical/ healthcare settings
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
