Requirements:
-At least 5 years experience in a relevant capacity
-Experience in Chinese Wok
-Knowledge in Soup preparations
-Knowledge in Si Chuan spices is a must
-Experience in handling and preparing live seafood
-Able to work with management to handle kitchen operations
-Able to work within management KPI including kitchen operational cost
-Able to create and invent new dishes
