Your main responsibilities
- Drive Accenture’s Talent Strategy and Development offerings across our Growth Markets (APAC and Latin America)
- Build and support our go-to-market strategies in the Talent Strategy and Development space, and deliver client facing projects across our key markets in Growth Markets
- Advise and coach leadership and teams on the latest insights and trends in Talent Strategy and Development and build capabilities in local teams, sharing our latest thinking, approaches and assets
- Drive regional sales efforts and build pipeline of Talent and Organisation work with our clients
- Contribute to thought leadership and Go to Market activities in the Talent space, establishing yourself as a key expert in the Talent Strategy and Development space
- Participate in regional project in the Talent Strategy space.
Qualifications:
- Min. 12 years of experience in talent strategy and development, with 7 years individually leading consulting projects or 5~6 years related industry experience with basic consulting skills
- Strong and proven track record in talent strategy and talent management.
- Strong capabilities on analytical and quantitative problem solving, and complex ideas communication, analytics experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience in leading teams to deliver new strategies or capabilities while developing, mentoring and inspiring team members
