The company harnesses cord lining stem cells to create a highly potent active ingredient that is used within its cosmetic and consumer health line CALECIMĀ®. CALECIMĀ® Professional products are formulated for anti-aging and skin rejuvenation.
We seek a qualified candidate to fill the Supply Chain Planner role responsible for supporting regional operations in order fulfilment, logistics, and forecasting functions. This position will involve actively participating in inventory management activities.
Order Management
- Manage and handle end-to-end order fulfilment for consumer health brands on different business channel transactions.
- Knowledge of preparing export documents and importing goods to US, UK and EU
- Ensure ERP system and warehouse processes are maintained and managed to limit financial risks, which include inbound, outbound and reverse logistics.
- Ensure deliveries are handled according to international standards, and work closely with forwarders and fulfilment centres with any delivery and shipment issues/problems locally and overseas.
- Ensure all billings are validated for each fulfilment centre.
Forecasting, Inventory and Material Master Management
- Monitor inventory levels across all FGs and NFGs products at HQ and global fulfilment centres and promptly report potential shortages and risks of out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
- Utilise stock levels, forecasts, historical sales data, and marketing campaign insights to recommend purchase quantities, inventory transfers, and optimal freight modes for achieving the ideal inventory level per warehouse and SKU.
- Implement strategies for optimising inventory to minimise carrying costs, reduce stockouts, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
- Analyse demand patterns and trends to identify risks or opportunities, facilitating adjustments to production plans, inventory levels, transportation plans, sales forecasts, and production schedules.
- Develop, implement, and monitor daily operational systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to oversee goods received from suppliers or inter-company transfers, including managing documentation processing and inputting data into the ERP system.
- Prepare monthly replenishment shipments to various fulfilment centers in accordance with the inventory replenishment strategy.
- Conduct monthly stock balance reconciliation and yearly stocktake across all fulfillment centers.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of data through regular monitoring, issue identification, and corrective actions.
- Generate data analytics and reports on material master as necessary.
- Lead SOP documentation related to supply chain processes and material master maintenance.
- Drive continuous improvements in supply chain projects to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, or equivalent, with at least 7 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
- Demonstrate exceptional adaptability, thriving under pressure and tight deadlines, and adeptly resolving unexpected issues.
- Exhibit a keen understanding of customer requirements, consistently delivering innovative solutions.
- Excel in navigating ambiguity and excel within a fast-paced work environment.
- Possesses advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite and demonstrates familiarity with export documentation for USA/EU/UK markets.
- Preferably proficient in SAP, NetSuite Oracle, and SAGE ACCPAC software.
- Showcase outstanding organisational and planning skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and efficiently resolve logistics, inventory, and forecasting challenges.
