. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

We're adept at leading and managing a variety of simultaneous projects, which requires the particular talent of being able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally with a team that supports Global Communications and Public Affairs.
  • Manage administrative tasks (calendars, book travel, coordinate external customer meetings, and schedule facilities and equipment).
  • Partner with global leads, resources, and point of contact to coordinate business and team needs.
  • Optimize processes and build new operational strategies to drive efficiency, effectiveness and responsiveness into existing operations and managing team-related projects.
  • Partner closely with Administrative Business Partners (ABPs), Strategy and Operations Lead, and APAC Communication leads to execute processes to support the business and leaders.
  • To support Director to focus his time on meaningful priorities.
  • To liaise with internal and external parties on all company and personal matters.
  • Prioritize correspondences and emails on behalf of the Director.
  • To assist with personal errands/assignments for Executive Director as and when required.
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Event managemenets

Skills

  • Tertiary education with at least 3 years of working experience.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Strong ability to meet changing priorities.
  • Young, high-level of maturity, trust, professional, strong work ethic and presentable.
  • Good Event managements skiils or knowledge
