Purpose of the Position
- Reporting directly to the CEO of the group, you will be responsible for delivery of medical care and clinical services.
- You will create clinic’s policies related to medical care, provide oversight for patient care and ensure the Brand facility adheres to local healthcare laws and regulations.
- You will play a pivotal role in expansion of the Brand in Singapore and other countries by building partnerships with other healthcare clinics, insurance companies and patient groups.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Clinical Leadership & Quality Assurance (60%)
- Provide Clinical Leadership: Lead and guide the the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of patient care. It includes mentoring and offering guidance to healthcare professionals.
- Manage Clinical Activities: Oversee various activities related to delivering medical care and clinical services. This could involve cost management, utilization review, and quality assurance to ensure efficient and effective healthcare delivery.
- Establish Clinical Protocols: Develop and maintain clinical protocols, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and quality in patient care.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Initiate continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and operational efficiency. Coordinate Quality Improvement activities among nursing staff.
- Leadership for Nursing Staff: Provide leadership, support, and guidance to the nursing team. Create standards of professional practice & facilitate the development of nursing staff.
- Oversee Group Physicians and Clinicians: Oversee the activities of group physicians and clinicians, including involvement in the recruiting and credentialing processes.
Business Development (40%)
- Patient Needs Analysis: Analyze trends and patient requirements to lead the expansion and development of services. This requires keeping abreast of industry developments and patient preferences.Analyze trends and patient needs to inform service expansion and development. - Identify Growth Opportunities: Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to expand the clinic's services and reach including determining new service offerings, and entry into new markets.
- Regional Expansion: Evaluate options for expanding the brand franchise beyond Singapore, considering potential markets and strategies for international growth.
- Collaboration: Establish partnerships and collaborations with external stakeholders, including healthcare organizations, insurance providers, and community groups. This will help enhance the clinic's services, and drive patient referrals and outreach.
- Support other subsidiaries: Support medical and marketing activities of other subsidiaries within the group organization. This includes delivering presentations and conducting training sessions.
- Evaluate M&A prospects: Partner with top management to evaluate acquisitions into the company's growth strategy.
Key Requirements
- Medical Degree and active medical license in Singapore
- Board certification with SMC
- Strong business development & relationship building skills.

Work Experience & Skills
- Min 3 years of private sector experience in clinics or Hospitals
- Prior experience in clinical leadership or medical management roles is preferred.
- Exposure to functional and lifestyle medicine is an added advantage.
