- Permanent Position : Regional Service Engineer

- Working Hours : Office Hours, Monday to Friday
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of mass spectrometry equipment or system.
- Manage technical service matters including but limited to warranty claims from customers.
- Provide technical solutions and expertise to support regional partners' engineers via both onsite and remote modes.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in electronic and electrical engineering or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in regional technical support role.
- Must be able travel in the Asia Pacific region.
- Familiarity with remote technical support is desirable.
- Prior experience with Mass Spectrometry (MS) or Time of Flight (TOF) will be a distinct advantage.
