ACCOUNTANT
Job Description & Duties:
Ability to prepare various financial reports and analysis accounting to the requirement of the business and management.
Check, verify and report on all accounts payable and receivable
Handling of incoming correspondences related to accounts
Handle the daily function/operation of accounts department
Ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of sales invoicing
Perform any other duties delegated by MD
Requirement:
- A Degree in Accountancy or other related area of studies
- Good experience in accounting system management, financial accounting statement preparation and general administrative responsibility
- Mature and meticulous individuals, self-motivated, independent & hardworking
- Good with excel and high level of accuracy and efficiency in numbers
- Flair with understanding processes and dataflows and streamlining processes
- Mature personality to handle the sensitivity of pay admin matters
- 2-3 years’ experience in the related field is required
- Knowledge in Shipping industry & Tax Payment would be an added advantage
