Responsibilities
- Work closely with HR Manager to support Company’s business goals.
- Quarterly planning and yearly budget for new staff based on new business requirement
- Work with department heads and Fleet Managers for Training Requirements
- Ensure all staff records are updated in ERP after training
- Inform managers when staff are required to attend training
- Prepare orientation programme for new joiners and briefing on company procedures
- Ensure that all new joiners have OJT plan and notify managers when probation is due
- Ensure all interns that join have reports completed when internship is completed
- Ensure that government grants are applied and received
- Track all recurring certification trainings requirements and ensure certifications are renewed
Requirements
- Diploma of Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Min 3 years of HR experience in maritime industry
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good understanding of training requirements for maritime industry
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work with Directors
- Team Player
