Responsibilities:
- Managing the sales team to achieve growth and sales targets
- Design & implement strategic business plan to expand customer base and presence
- Manage sales by developing a business plan that covers revenue and expense controls
- Perform recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of salesperson.
- Develop sales team through motivation, counselling and educate service knowledge
- Build long-lasting customer relationships by partnering and understand their needs
- Present realistic budget/forecasts to the management team
- Identify new opportunity and trend of new products and competition status
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree iny any discipline
- Min 3 years in B2B as Sales Manager in transport/logistics/supply chain industry
- Competent in planning, implement sales strategies and lead a team
- Proven negotiation skills complied with the ability to close business wins
- Able to develop sales plans, analyzing profitability of prospects, and review operational & financial data
- Proficient in customer relationship management.
