Job Scope:
Customer Support:
- Respond to client queries and issues related to Anaplan functionality promptly.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to users, ensuring efficient problem resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges.
Technical Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues within the Anaplan platform.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of reported problems and implement effective solutions.
- Work closely with the development team to escalate and resolve advanced technical issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in technical support roles, with a focus on Anaplan or similar planning and modeling platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and understanding of database management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external clients.
