Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is tired of the conventional 9-5 grind and is looking for a position that not only challenges them but also allows them to make a real difference in the local business community.
Your primary objective will be to connect with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Singapore, understanding their needs and offering them a suite of services designed to propel their businesses to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Engage SMEs: Proactively seek out new business opportunities by connecting with SMEs across Singapore. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Consultative Selling: Provide expert advice on a range of services including Business Strategy Development, Strategic Brand & Marketing Development, Service Excellence, Business Automation, App Software Development, Human Resource Capital, Digital Marketing, and International Expansion.
- Leverage Funding Opportunities: Educate potential clients on the availability of up to 50% grant subsidy covered by Enterprise Singapore, helping them to understand how they can benefit from these financial incentives.
- Portfolio Presentation: Showcase our portfolio and successful case studies to demonstrate the tangible benefits and successes other local brands have achieved through our services.
- Achieve Growth Targets: Meet and exceed annual growth targets by adopting a consultative approach to selling and building meaningful relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore SME landscape and the challenges they face.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels of business.
- Familiarity with the services offered, including a basic understanding of grant subsidies provided by Enterprise Singapore.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing your time effectively to achieve results.
- Passion for helping local businesses grow and thrive in a competitive market.
