Job Scope
· Communicate and liase closely with internal and external departments to ensure smooth deliveries and resolve arising issues in a timely manner.
· Support the team in processing of customer orders, arranging shipment, preparing shipping documents for Singapore and export shipment.
· Liaising with factories to ensure timely delivery of stock and ensuring PO accuracy before entry into system.
· Coordinate and correspond to customer/sales on the sales order status.
· Ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
· At least 1 years of work experience as a Logistics Operations Assistant or similar role
· A minimum requirement of a Diploma or its equivalent in Supply Chain or Logistics
· Freight knowledge preferred.
· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Applications
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills
· Able to work well independently as well as in a team.
· Preferable able to start work immediately.
