Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Over-the-Counter Customer Service Officer to join our team. This role involves direct interaction with customers to process remittance transactions, provide information on our services, and ensure a smooth, secure, and satisfactory transaction experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer transactions for sending and receiving money promptly and accurately.
  • Verify customer identification, conduct necessary checks, and comply with all regulatory and company policies.
  • Provide clear, accurate information about our services, including fees, transaction times, and requirements.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet daily transaction targets and provide support as needed.
  • Stay informed about changes in remittance regulations, currency rates, and company services.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in finance or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services or remittance industry.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office.

  • Myanmar Language Speaking is a plus.
