- Managing the Financial Budget and monthly spend for Operations team
- Checking of current spend,validation of budget ask and approved budget amount.
- End to end support for Ops team in entire process.
- Coordinate Budget process for Ops team
Project Bolt Decomm Financial Management
- Main commercial support PIC in Decomm Project team
- Manage the Decomm application financial budgeting, forecast and tracking against target
- Support Partnership and Contract GM and Head of SE/Ops in managing the contract renewal process of all items
- Manage the Planview Decomm Dashboard to provide updated financials against target set that will be used for monthly Project Bolt discussions
Planview Phase 2
- Support PMO team with integration phase of project
- Coordinate meetings / workshops, capture meeting minutes and upload to respective place
- Follow up with business / key stakeholders on data requirements and upload to respective place
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree in any relevant discipline
- Prior Experience in Project Operations and Tracking will be advantageous
