Responsibilities:
- Daily planning, routing and scheduling of trucks to optimize resources
- Coordination of customers’ requirements from the portal.
- Secure best fit hauliers for trucking jobs
- Achieve high service standards for all customers
- Manage customers’ and Hauliers’ expectations and requirements
- Basic reporting on the job progress
- Dispute resolution between hauliers and customers
- Review pricing upon job completion for finance billing
- Any other ad-hoc duties will be assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Maritime Studies or in a relevant discipline
- Fresh graduates in a relevant discipline are welcome to apply
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service and operations in the freight forwarding & logistics industry are preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and a team player
- Able to work 5.5 day work week
