- Order materials, supplies, and ingredients based on demand.
- Supervise kitchen employees and organize food orders.
- Oversee the food preparation and cooking process.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform weekly inventory for the outlet.
- Work with the operations manager to price and change menu items.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized.
Requirements:
- Ability to manage kitchen personnels.
- At least 5 years of F&B experience
- it will be good if you have bakery experience.
