Job Responsibilities:
- Support in system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing
- Preparing various documents like test scenarios and test cases
- Identify and resolve issues together with IT upon UAT testing
- Execute regression tests, functional test and test automation
- Managing testing at times when required and find the issues/testing not closing or moving as expected
- Working as a liaison between Business users, Developers and BA
- Involve any other ad hoc assignments relate with compensation revamp project
- Responsible for supporting the project manager and other project resources during the course of the project lifecycle
- Assist in the development of communication and training plans
- Take notes during project meetings and distribute meeting and summaries accordingly
- Update project plans as needed and disseminate updates to management
- Plan, monitor and coordinate tasks
- Participate in and document needs assessment meetings
- Assist in the data collection and validation efforts
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma or Degree
- Minimum 2-5 years’ relevant experience
- Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word, and Visio
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, diligent, and able to handle records
