We are freight forwarder company required for Operations Executive.
Job Competency Requirement:
1. Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
2. Minimum one years of relevant experience
3. Good team player and interpersonal & communication skills
4. Flexible, adaptive to changes
5. Meticulous to details
6. Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
Role Performance and Expectation:
1. Handle Import, Export & Transhipment duties
2. Liaise with agent/ vendor for operational issue within stipulated time to meet client’s requirement
3. Schedule delivery/ pick-up and coordination between internal, agent and client
4. Permit declaration
5. Manage operational duties
6. Manage and update cargo tracing for on-going shipments
7. Maintain good relationships within internal and external stakeholders
8. Handle all client’s enquires timely and effectively
9. Other duties as and when delegated
