Responsibilities:
- Providing technical consultancy advice relating to system design and configuration
- Implement system infra expansion design and configuration Monitor System Performance
- Assisting the customer in the verification, isolation and/or provision of a temporary work around for the incident/problem logged.
- Resolving system incident/ problem onsite.
- Escalating unsolvable problems and service requests to the System and/or Software Engineer and reporting the escalation to the Operation/ Project Manager.
- Generating the relevant administrative records and reports.
- Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
- Maintaining the configuration of the system
- Contacting OEM/Vendor/subcontractor for technical support.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degreein Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 4 years IT experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a System engineer within the operations environment.
- Good grasp of technical skills (System).
- Good understanding and appreciation of Infra system design.
- Keen sense of urgency for service performance issues.
- Able to handle demanding service response and recovery turnaround.
- Able to manage daily support tasks to meet stringent SLA requirements.
- Excellent scheduling and multitasking skills.
- Meticulous and process-oriented.
- Good, hard-working attitude with ability to work well under pressure.
- Good Teamwork.
- Good analytical skills with ability to work with others to resolve problems.
- Good organization skills, with ability to properly document and track information.
- Past working experience in Cloud environment is an advantage
- ITIL certification will be an added advantage.

- Windows Server OS 2019
- Active Directory/DNS
- HYPER-V
- VMWARE ESXi
