- Position : HR Admin Assistant (SIMPLE HR DUTIES/ NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/ FULL TRAINING PROVIDED)
- Location : Hoi Hup Building - Nearest MRT is Redhill MRT station
- Working hours : 5 Days/ Office hours (WORK LIFE BALANCE/ HARDLY OT) + 10 Days WFH per year
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + Up to 1 month performance bonus + $30 for handphone allowance + 14-18 days Annual leave + Birthday leave, wedding anniversary leave, marriage leave and long service award

Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining digital personnel records like employment contracts
- Update internal databases with new hire information
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
- Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
- Handling administrative requests and queries
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Order office supplies
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Provide general support to visitors
- Process payroll whenever required
Requirements:
- NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/ FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
- PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
