HR and Admin Maanger (Manufacuring/ West)
Job Duties:
- Provide comprehensive support across all Human Resources functions, encompassing recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, and training and development.
- Assume responsibility for all aspects of payroll processing.
- Execute operational HR tasks related to employee data management, leave administration, employee benefits, medical claims, and work pass applications.
- Aid in the review of policies and procedural workflows.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires.
- Assist in compiling HR reports and analyses for the Group, generating statistical reports as needed.
- Develop internal work plans to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Deliver timely reports to the Finance department.
- Ensure organizational compliance with relevant regulations.
- Communicate and educate staff on regulatory requirements to enhance awareness.
- Promote awareness of workplace safety and health regulations among staff.
- Oversee the Office Administration function, including supervision of staff.
- Take charge of overall Office & HR Administration functions, such as office space allocation, wellness programs, parking arrangements, and staff passes.
- Manage the budget for Office and HR administration tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Studies, or Business Administration
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Well versed and knowledgeable in HRIS System
