The role is to provide consultation and support channel partners/clients for Products in Security, Identity and Cloud Solutions.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computers
- 3-5 years of experience in Application development, Implementation and support
- Technical Skills - Java, HTML,WebServices, .NET Technologies
- Understanding of Microservice Architecture is an advantage
- Good Communication Skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Pre Sales, Engineering and QA teams.
- Pre and Post-Project Implementation and Support
- Provide Training and coaching to Channel partners and clients.
