Job Scope:
- Customer support for Domestic as well as regional
- To arrange service visiting, install, repair, troubleshooting, and re-location on site
- To set up and dismantle equipment for demonstrations
- To conduct equipment familiarization training for users
- To answer service enquiries
- To attend user’s meetings
- To install and commission new equipment at customer’s sites
- To practice and enlightenment for Customers satisfaction in service team
- To prepare service quotations, contracts, report, and invoice
- To arrange spare parts from suppliers and send repair items and spare parts
Job Requirement:
- Min. NITEC/ Diploma in engineering/ any relevant field
- Min. 1 yr relevant experience in service engineer preferably with medical device
