As an Events Executive, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing various events, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of events, from concept to execution, ensuring all aspects align with client objectives and agency standards.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and milestones, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and execution.
- Client Interaction:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and objectives, and providing regular updates on project progress.
- Cultivate strong client relationships by actively listening to their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Resource Management:
- Employ creative methods to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to project budgets.
- Develop imaginative ways to reduce event waste in line with the company’s sustainability objectives.
- Operations Excellence:
- Work closely with the Operations team to develop logistics plans and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth event operations.
- Develop training content and conduct event crew training sessions
- Carry out on-site inspections and oversee event setups
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues in creative, marketing, and operations departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to project delivery.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and guiding team members to achieve project goals.
- Post-Event Evaluation:
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess project success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Educational background in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience. Experience in event project management within an agency environment is a plus.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
