Job Description
- Work closely with the Property Manager to ensure effective estate management.
- Provide excellent support to residents, address inquiries, and maintain positive communication.
- Execute daily estate inspections, upholding high standards in horticulture and maintenance.
- Manage resident feedback promptly, addressing concerns and implementing necessary actions.
- Effectively handle arrears cases, liaising with residents/tenants for timely resolution.
- Implement improvement projects, foster community engagement, and maintain accurate documentation for regular reporting to the Property Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- A teams player with good interpersonal and organization skills.
- People-oriented with a willingness to learn.
- Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays.
- Working on Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturday. (5.25 wk week)
- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm & Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm
- Work Location : North / North-East
