Role & Responsibilities
- Design, Drafting, Project Management and Coordination.
- Take a lead role in feasibility studies, design, design development, tender documentation and contract administration.
- To liaise and coordinate with external consultants and the client team.
- Training and supervision of junior staff.
- To maintain high standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture and equivalent.
- Passion for design, a commitment to continued learning and the desire to innovate.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team in a proactive studio environment.
- Ability to self-motivate with good time management skills.
- Ability to supervise and manage a team.
- Well-versed in AutoCAD & Sketchup design software.
- Good technical knowledge and strong detailing capability.
- Be familiar with prevailing regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
