- Position: Sales Admin Support Coordinator (Purchase Orders /Sales Admin/ Invoice)
- Location: Joo Chiat Road (EAST)
- Working hours: 5 days work week: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,700 + Performance Bonus + Medical claim is capped at $200 per year + 14 days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
- Create purchase orders, invoices, packing lists and purchases.
- Verify shipment detail before delivery.
- Coordinate, monitor and follow-up with internal department/forwarders/carrier on document issuance, incoming / outgoing shipping and payment arrangement.
- Complete documentation for new customer/vendor registration.
- Arranging or coordinate for office maintenance services (eg. Air conditioner, printer, pantries appliances and etc.)
- Coordinating meetings and appointments and performing clerical tasks
- Any other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- At least NITEC certification and above.
- Good in Microsoft Office and Windows.
- Got experience with Trading
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
