As our Director of Interior Design, you will be responsible for the overall vision and strategy of that practice, as well as overall quality and performance. You will drive the combination of design and client strategy that leads to unique solutions with significate market impact, developing and implementing relationship strategies with clients, hotel brands, and others that reinforce our position as a preeminent luxury hospitality design firm.
You will serve as a primary liaison to clients, representing BLINK’s design and professional performance, and you will be a public face of BLINK, actively involved in marketing and business development in a seller-doer role, responsible for new and repeat business, with a target of S$5+ million per fiscal year.
BLINK is organized around a highly collaborative studio model. You will work in partnership with the Studio Management Leader to ensure the highest level of operational performance for design and execution of the portfolio of work assigned to your studio. Both of you will work directly with the Co-CEOs, who are responsible for the creative and management success of BLINK.
You will also work closely with studio leaders responsible for our building design and interior design services, including project leaders, design leaders, and project teams across the various studios, as well as our business partners in administration, digital design, finance, HR / Talent, IT / enterprise apps, legal, and marketing. You will bring new approaches to design process and strategy, foster a culture of design excellence, develop next generation talent, and ensure our growth and sustainability.
