· Duties/Responsibilities:
1. To support our existing MCST customers for added security equipment to their existing system.
2. Prospecting to our existing MCST customers for upgrading their estate’s existing security system including but not limited to intercom door entry system, access control, surveillance system, etc.
3. To promote and introduce our Community Mobile Application combined with the latest security system to the condo estate.
4. Build and maintain good customer relationships with condo managing agents.
5. Prepare and manage sales presentations and system demos to MCST condo managing agents and council members.
6. Prepare and follow up on tenders and quotations.
7. Build and maintain good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention.
8. Oversees the project with the Project Department during the implementation stage.
9. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
· Skills, Experience and Competencies
· Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/IT Technology.
· 2 years of working experience in the security field is preferred (CCTV/Intercom/Access Control). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
· IT & Network Knowledge preferred
· Experienced in MCST sales and familiar with mobile application sales
· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office applications.
· Customer service oriented.
· Self-motivated, passionate, and responsible.
· Willing to work staggered hours.
· Independent and can work under pressure
