Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our fast-paced fintech company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, administer employee benefits, and driving HR projects that support our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the end-to-end process for onboarding new employees and offboarding departing staff, ensuring a seamless transition and positive experience.
· Operational Excellence: Ensure HR operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and company policies are up to date and followed.
· HR Projects: Lead and contribute to various HR projects such as culture enhancement, process improvements, and implementation of HR technologies.
· Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in HR.
· Assist in designing and implementing L&D programs that align with our business objectives and foster employee growth.
· Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and support as necessary.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· Comprehensive understanding of HR functions including employment law, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
· Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering HR initiatives.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
· Proficient with Microsoft office and comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
