Customer Support Coordinator - European Engineering MNC

Job Scope:
· Ensures the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order deliveries, logistic, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
· Perform order fulfillment, logistic support and take ownership for all outgoing transaction on time.
· Response to customers’ enquiries on order status and delivery issues promptly with accurate information.
· Tracks regular target performance and provides results to management Coordinate with 3PL on shipment arrangement, custom clearance and logistics delivery.
· Coordinate and update transportation information of goods between customers and suppliers.
· Ensure job closures as per target set and ensure smooth execution of daily shipment.
· Updating tracking platform on a regular basis and follow up closely with the relevant parties to resolve any issues, complaints with satisfaction.
· Coordinate with packer on special packing for fumigation, booking of shipments, prepare shipping mark, and shipping document at the request of the customers.
· Coordinate on Certificate of Origin application from Chamber of commerce at the request of the customers.
· Facilitates and support on Letter of Credit / Bank guarantees/ Bonds process for orders when it is required.
· Coordinate customers’ complaint to the Quality Assurance / warranty issue / Store and follow up with corrective actions.
· Ensure billing on time and sending invoices to customers promptly.
· Provides back-up support to commercial operation team members in the performance of job duties as required.
Support on business administrative activities to raise PR for pantry supplier, catering, and other business activities when it is required.
