The major responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Organise and Execute Back To Work Programme
· Assess participants for their job readiness using a recognised tool after referrals are received. (Participants to attend RWP once a week in addition to the BTW session(s)
· Facilitate training for participants job readiness
· Prepare and execute on-job-training (practicum)
· Create a wellness plan with the participants that outline what the participants should do in terms for crisis
· Monitor participants in the workforce for a period of 6 months from the time of employment. (Continue to engage, review crisis plans and empower participants to remain employed in the form of telephone calls, meet up sessions and or both during the time of employment
· Provide feedback of the participants progress to senior programme coordinator and caseworkers
· Attain feedback form the employers of the participants progress
· Network with future employers, social enterprise and other agencies for job vacancies
Basic Computer Skills Trainer
· Assessing participants’ needs
· Designing training programmes, create structured training programmess that cover the fundamental aspects of computer skills. This includes topics such as operating systems, file management, word processing, spreadsheets, internet browsing, email usage, basic troubleshooting, and online safety.
· Delivering training sessions, explain concepts, demonstrate procedures, and provide hands-on exercises to ensure participants grasp the material effectively.
· Providing individual assistance, provide one-on-one support, answering questions, clarifying doubts, and guiding them through the learning process at their own pace.
· Monitoring progress, track the progress of each participant, ensuring they are advancing and achieving their learning objectives. This may involve understanding and adjusting the programme accordingly.
· Offering troubleshooting guidance, helping participants troubleshoot common issues they may encounter during computer usage.
· Staying updated, since technology evolves rapidly, so it's crucial to stay up to date with the latest advancements and changes in computer systems, software applications, and digital tools.
· Documenting and reporting: Keeping records of the training sessions, participants progress, and any feedback or assessments. To maintain an accurate documentation to evaluate the effectiveness of the training programmes.
Recovery Wellness Programme (RWP) Duties
· Support in running RWP activities
· Mentor Assistant Programme Executives in administrative duties and in co-facilitation of RWP activities
· Provide input and take on tasks under the Recovery planning team
· Covering of RWP duties across centres when staff on leave

Job Qualifications:
· A diploma or equivalent with minimum 1 year of relevant experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office software
· Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
