Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for:
Project Manager - IT Audit
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and review of Audit and Assessment Work Plan and manage the implementation schedule
- Plan, facilitate, support and manage the conduct of ICT audits, third-party audits and assessments
- Ensure auditors deliver as per contractual requirements e.g. Audit Report, Audit Planning Memo etc.
- Conduct project meetings and provide periodic status updates to the Management
- Ensure audit / assessment reports are factual and accurate, and are validated by Project Manager and their management
- Ensure that all audit findings on ICT systems are remediated and independently validated within agreed timeline
- Monitor remediation status of audit findings to ensure timely closure and ensure an extension of timeline is sought when required and approved
- Plan and manage budget, expenditure and cash flow for ICT audits / assessments and timely payment to the vendor
- Security clearance and laptop assignment for consultants / auditors
- Ensure proper filing and documentation e.g. updating of audit diary, filing audit reports
- Provide regular management reporting of policy changes, impact and compliance state; Establish, track and review IT compliance workplan
- Preferably have some Governance and Audit / Compliance experience, familiar with assess and track compliance, monitor key compliance and reporting milestones, and prepare management reports
