- Contribute to the implementation of the Operation & Procedures Framework.
- Aid in updating, implementing, and delivering training on operations.
- Offer project management support by participating in the development and oversight of project charters, timelines, and progress tracking.
- Execute and enhance processes, systems, tools, and best practices to maximize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with various functions, including Client internal IT, on diverse projects such as system implementations and process workflow reviews.
- Develop process documentation, workflows, knowledge articles, and self-service guidance.
- Document business requirements for ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate process workflow modeling to foster collaboration on enhancements, automation capabilities, and well-defined end-to-end use cases.
- Review information and trends to ensure that processes are achieving the intended results.
- Conduct maturity assessments on process activities to pinpoint areas for improvement or concern.
- Identify and communicate issues and risks, bringing inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management.
- Actively participate in problem resolution efforts.
- Extract and analyze data, providing high-level reports for review.
- Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives within the operations team, estimating potential savings.
- Function as a key member of the Operations team, reporting directly to the Senior Logistics Manager.
Requirement
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
- Demonstrate skills in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Process Improvement, including expertise in areas such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Quality Assurance.
- Have hands-on experience and knowledge in spearheading change initiatives aimed at redesigning and enhancing existing processes to achieve increased efficiencies.
- Exhibit the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
