The Opportunity
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Proactive candidate search through market analysis
- Develop and execute candidate-generation strategies using all available recruiting tools
- Support multiple job requirements at a given time
- Drive delivery of a “best in class” experience for all candidates, regardless of whether an offer is extended
Your Background
- Has 3+ years of recruitment agency experience, specifically with high-volume recruitment or sourcing
- Has commercial IT knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and constant change, yet able to set priorities and deliver to commitments against a defined strategy
- Proven track record of liaising with and influencing multiple internal stakeholders at all levels
- Passionate about candidate experience and exceeding client expectations at all times
- Strong communication skills
- Must be CEI certified
