Job Description & Requirements

HR & Administration Officer

West/ Nearest Mrt: Changi East(Transport provided)

Working Days: Mon – Fri ( 8am-5pm), Alt Sat ( 8am-12noon)

Job Description

· Prepare Purchase Order and liaise with foreman with ordering of materials, diesel etc.

· Attend to phone enquiries and walk-ins interviews.

· Perform general administrative duties such as bank-in cheques, filing, controlling and maintaining of documents, mailing of documents

· Arrange for Drivers to run errands

· Handle incoming mails and outgoing mails

· Preparation of Document Transmittal note

· Maintaining Dormitory records- Check in/check out

· Purchase of Air tickets for workers going on home leave/resigned

· Apply Courses for Workers, Coretrade application etc.

· Application/Renewal of Permit and Passes for workers and office staff.

· Prepare warning letters for workers/office staffs etc.

· Assist in submitting base clearance on site on a regular basis

· Other Ad-Hoc Duties.

Requirements

· Cheerful, Responsible, Meticulous, Fast-thinker and Takes initiative in work.

· Fast Learner, Able to get things done fast in a systematic way.

· Fluent in English & Chinese, Malay is a plus.

· Knowledge of Sage Payroll System is a plus.

· Only Singaporean/ Singaporean PR/Malaysians are welcomed to apply.

· Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

· Able to start work immediately or within short notice
