Our client is a global manufacturer. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Business Process Analyst to be part of their Business Improvement team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North Area - easily accessible.
Responsibility of Business Process Analyst:
- Evaluates business systems and workflows, conducting a thorough process analysis of current and future Finance & Manufacturing systems/processes.
- Mapping existing processes and suggesting new/improved processes, aligning with the department’s strategic directives and operational guidelines.
- Collaborates with various departmental business process owners to assess current systems and processes, identifying areas for automation and integration to enhance overall operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collects and documents requirements, encompassing business processes and needs, and translates them into detailed functional specifications.
- Provides support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- Min 3 years of system improvement process experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in manufacturing industry is a bonus
