- Liaison with sales team, vendors, and partners to provide pre-sales technical support in developing and designing IT solutions and support for customer requirements.
- Provide quick and thorough response to customer requests, developing technical design, considerations and solution proposal based on technology and our product offerings that meet or exceed customer needs.
- Leading technical compliance when responding to customer requirements and validate solutions developed which usually involves integration between multiple products.
- Keep abreast on industry and product knowledge to provide technical expertise and perspective to sales team and customers through engagements, presentations, solution demonstrations and periodic updates.
- Provide consultation to prospective customers, to develop viable solutions, testing and evaluation.
- Working with post-sales team to ensure solutions meet client’s requirements
- Prepare Tender & Proposals
Requirement
- Adept and resourceful in leveraging documentations, internet resources and solution vendors resources to bridge knowledge on new or unfamiliar technologies.
- Able to design solutions through consultative engagements with clients with considerations to business and technical viability.
- Work with Public Sector projects or ecommerce domain
- Work experience in any of the following areas:
- LAN, WAN, SDN (Software-Defined Networking), NFV( Network function virtualization), OSPF, BGP, MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching), Multicast and IPv6
- Wireless Technologies such as 802.11ac/ax and Wireless Security
- Network Security Products such as Firewalls, UTM (Unified threat management), TAPS, Antivirus
- Network Security technologies such as NAC (Network access control), IAM (Identity access management), IPSec, anti-DDOS
- DCI, Virtualization
- Cloud Solution, eg. AWS, Azure
- Enterprise Technologies such as AD, Backup & Storage, EAM
