Duties:
- Analyse, update data, verify and process pay transactions to ensure payment accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyse doubtful pay transactions, diagnose problems and determine follow-up actions to resolve/pre-empt potential problems.
- Highlight/recommend improvements and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handle customers’ queries, disputes, appeals, feedback promptly in a professional manner to achieve positive customer experience.
- Handle customers’ queries (via telephone / email) escalated from Call Centre
- Handle queries from walk-in customers
- Handle first level troubleshooting with regard to the Internet e-services
- Escalating complex queries for superior’s intervention
- Engaging customer in change management campaigns
- Suggest improvements arising from feedbacks or interaction with the customers
- Submit daily report in a timely manner
EXPERIENCE
- At least 1 year of working experience.
- Relevant experience in payroll processing and/or customer service is an advantage.
