Established retailer seeks professional individual for the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Budget for the role : $5000
Job Responsibilities
- Acquiring talents for business needs and being involved in the end-to-end process of recruitment.
- Support the hiring managers to ensure orderly recruitment operations and executions of all Human Resource strategies.
- Sourcing of potential candidates through recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms and any other relevant channels.
- Shortlisting of candidates and evaluate and screen via pre-interview assessment.
- Managing the hiring process such as administering offers and conducting new hire orientation.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders on all recruitment matters and updating them on a regular basis.
- Organizing recruitment events inclusive but not limited to both physical and virtual platforms.
- Assist in HR generalist/admin related work scope
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in HR
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline; IHRP-CP certification, ACTA
- Proven track records in FMCG or fast pace, high-growth retail environment would be a plus
