- See to patients’ needs at all times
- Handle patient feedback; escalate to senior patient service associate/service team leader when needed.
- Adhere to clinic/department and hospital policy and procedure (eg: SOP)
- Assume any other responsibilities tasked by the clinic/nurse manager, service team leader and/or service executive (eg: admin support duties, statistics etc…)
- Participate in quality improvement project
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “N” Level
- Healthcare or service or related industry is preferred
- Proficient in computer skills
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
