  • Ensure overall décor and cleanliness in the clinic, and that daily equipment are functional and relevant reading materials are up to date
  • Trace case notes for appointment and walk-in patients
  • Handle email and phone enquiries
  • Counter assistant
  • Registration
  • Enquiry
  • Cashier
  • Screening and Escalation
  • Room assistant
  • Coordination/Support
  • Chaperone
  • Screening and Escalation
  • See to patients’ needs at all times
  • Handle patient feedback; escalate to senior patient service associate/service team leader when needed.
  • Adhere to clinic/department and hospital policy and procedure (eg: SOP)
  • Assume any other responsibilities tasked by the clinic/nurse manager, service team leader and/or service executive (eg: admin support duties, statistics etc…)
  • Participate in quality improvement project

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE “N” Level
  • Healthcare or service or related industry is preferred
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
