Bestfoody Technologies Pte Ltd is looking for a new Senior Marketing Manager to plan, develop, and oversee the implementation of effective marketing strategies, programs, and initiatives. Your main responsibility will be to determine the overall marketing direction, based on raw data from in-depth market research and competitor analysis. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring the performance of ongoing marketing activities and fine-tuning existing campaigns to maximize ROI.
We expect you to create efficient marketing plans and strategies that generate sales, track and interpret key performance metrics, manage all external and internal communications, and oversee the development of marketing materials.
You should be capable of finding innovative ways to attract new leads, implementing loyalty campaigns to secure customer retention, and communicating program data results and performance predictions to cross-functional teams within the organization.
Senior Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of an overarching marketing strategy that covers all media and communications channels
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee and manage several cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously
- Allocate the marketing budget and other resources to ensure maximum cost-efficiency
- Collaborate in creating and updating a marketing events calendar in a timely and efficient manner
- Identify and track relevant performance indicators to ensure alignment with company goals and make recommendations on possible improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement marketing communications materials—videos, newsletters, digital tools, social media content, etc
- Stay up to date with shifting industry trends, client demographics and expectations, and key stakeholders’ requirements
- Familiar with Google SEO, SEM and all outdoor marketing.
Senior Marketing Manager Requirements:
- 8+ years of marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
- Excellent time-management and multitasking capabilities
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
