Job Description
- Responsible for the management of our overseas assets including monitoring, reporting and liaising with asset managers and local consultants to ensure that performance is in accordance with budget
- Recommend strategies to improve portfolio returns including asset enhancement, acquisition, investment and divestment through feasibility studies and formulation of strategy to maximise yield, enhance growth and achieve profit objectives
- Conduct research, monitor market trends, prepare regular market and transaction updates as well as benchmarking reports to support asset management and investment decisions relating to our asset portfolio
- Involve in valuation exercises and evaluation of investment opportunities, due diligence review, acquisitions underwriting, deal modelling and structuring, financing and negotiation of deal terms
- Conduct research, monitor market trends, prepare regular market and transaction updates as well as benchmarking reports to support asset management and investment decisions relating to our asset portfolio
- Involve in valuation exercises and evaluation of investment opportunities, due diligence review, acquisitions underwriting, deal modelling and structuring, financing and negotiation of deal terms
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with consultants, brokers, banks, investment managers and partners in markets of interest
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate from a reputable university with at least 5 years of experience with a property developer, real estate investment house or investment funds
- Outstanding analytical, quantitative skills with proven proficiency in financial analysis and modelling is essential
- Strong business and financial acumen with track records in asset management
- Experienced in entire investment transaction and asset management processes
- Highly resourceful with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
