Job Description: The Finance & Administrative Manager will be responsible for managing financial activities, creating financial reports, and maintaining financial records. Additionally, the role entails supervising administrative staff, managing payroll, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly P&L reports for management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of administrative staff.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Provide support to Legal Support staff to process matter-related disbursements and manage petty cash.
- Managing payroll, payment of suppliers’ invoices, regulatory compliance (GST / Corporate Tax / CPF), issue cheques.
- Co-ordinate the audit of Clients’ Account by the external auditor and the issuance of the Accountant’s Report
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Manage schedules, records, and other documents.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Finance Manager.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business administraive, or a related field is preferred.
