Roles & Responsibilities
- To manage & lead project admin's site workers & site manager
- Overseeing the full project lifecycle together with studying and understadning the customer needs from time to time
- Arrange for site preconstruction survey, and to prepare and submit the project budgeting
- Facilitate active communication with clients project
- Prepare and submit the weekly work progress report
- Attend & resolve on site issues
- To visit site regulary to ensure workplace safety and health
- Managing & address workers concern and resolve it immediately
- Conduct weekly meetings with the internal site team
- Preparation of monthly budget and monitor the project closely in order to make sure the project not exceeding the budget
