Responsibilities:
- Support and track submission of reports (including medical reports), identify cases of delays and to take timely follow up actions including updating of records in system.
- Identify and monitor cases that require further medical reviews, take appropriate actions to identify and expedite cases that have experienced delays or lapses and/or to prevent delays.
- Accurate and timely processing of medical reports and related documents received.
- Liaise with various internal and external parties for prompt follow up and resolution.
- Manage cases for cessation and resumption of medical reviews, including managing the notifications.
- Manage cases that require change of appointments with internal or external agencies
- Manage cases of requests and appeals, reviewing the background details, engaging the requestor and relevant agencies, prepare submission and make recommendation to the relevant authorities for approval and all necessary follow up till satisfactory closure.
- Assist to prepare report submissions and updates to management.
- Provide customer service and respond appropriately to public queries.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates can be considered. Training will be provided.
- IT savvy and good working knowledge of Office and other common software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication.
- High customer service orientation.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Highly Disciplined, detailed, and meticulous.
