Roles & Responsibilities
Sales - Corporate/Bulk/Special Occasions/B2B
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Create, update and organizing sales deck for each respective target group. (corporate/bulk/special occasions)
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Communicate with kitchen team to ensure orders are fulfilled
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Monthly sales report for the respective sales categories.
E-Commerce & Logistics
- Monitoring, managing and updating website content such as product listings, inventory updates, etc.
- Analyzing consumer behaviour and preferences
- Updating pre-order stock supply every batch/week or month on a timely basis
- Coordinating drivers for logistics and deliveries
- Sending out EDMs to customers on a weekly basis
- Ensuring each e-commerce production are properly organized and packed correctly on site before each dissemination.
- To ensure e-commerce packaging are folded before each pre-order day
- Replying customer enquiries via social media (FB + IG) and email
- Sending order confirmation text messages and reminder delivery/self-collection to customers
- Ensuring all product details are mentioned correctly
- Assisting the Marketing department in developing promotional campaigns
- Ensuring hassle-free consumer shopping experience
- Checking if different payment options are provided at checkout
- To ensure website changes/updates are rolled out on time
- Inspecting consumer product reviews
- Utilizing SEO techniques to monitor and generate organic website traffic
- Understanding consumer behaviour and analyzing sales report
- Forecasting sales
- Estimating & ordering stock requirements - packaging
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborating with social media influencers for promotional campaigns
- Handling crisis management activities
- Monitoring the performance of promotional campaigns
- Identifying and resolving customer queries and project roadblocks
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in a relevant business subject.
- Demonstrable experience as an e-commerce and corporate sales associate.
- Knowledgeable about consumer preferences, particularly as these relate to e-commerce.
- Unrivaled organizational, teamwork, and quality assurance skills.
- Phenomenal market research skills.
- Superb data analysis and report writing abilities - excel and numbers
- A stickler for precision, creativity, and excellence.
- Eager about the role of technology in promoting business.
